they had white heads on them and when that burst its as if they have went into scabs, its horrible its all over my legs from top to bottom, can you help?

I had something very similar to this about a year ago. Except, they were all over my body. Yes, they looked like chicken pox, and they itched soooooooo bad. I went to the doctor, and he said it was stress related, and prescribed Zyrtec and some anti-itch cream. Neither helped, they lasted about 4 months. If you have never had chicken pox, and you've been running fever, then you probably have chicken pox. If not, it could be stress, or an allergic reaction to foods, detergents, soaps, etc.

is it some kinda infection?
check it with your doctors..
it sound painful to me..
dun scratch it, it might burst and leave scars.......

i think you should go to the doctor. have you recently been to a beach? maybe you got it there..
