There will be people who are willing to give you a loan, but the higher the risk you are considered the more expensive the loan will be. Check your local paper.

A way around this would be to offer some collateral (if possible)for the loan.

you need to build a credit history

get a small guaranteed credit card, put a little on it each month and pay it off regligiously. in about 6-9 months you will have a credit history

Get a contract phone, you only need a bank account to open one.
Pay for it every month and that will give you a good credit history.
