They want her because she is attractive to them, but also because she is an easy walk over...you already said she dosent know how to tell them to go away, they see this as a green light, and see her as an easy target.

She probably likes the attention and therefore isn't as direct or firm for the guys to get clue. The guys probably think they have a chance with her and if she's single there is that chance available to them. She just needs to get over the attention she's getting and make it clear she isn't interested.

Don't do anything...You already told them you're not interested,so they know that already...so don't encourage them with innocent flirting...Keep an emotional distance and they'll get the picture...
