Yes, it can hurt a bit, and sometimes the hymen will tear a little and that is why you see a drop of blood. Sometimes it just stretches and you dont bleed. Some people so not get any pain at all. The pain is only for a second but if it hurts more than that, then try again another time, with plenty of forplay and make sure you are well lubricated.
You have lost your virginity when a penis is inserted fully into the vagina.

Very often women find it hurts having sex for the first time (but not always). I've never heard of a man complaining of pain when they lost their virginity. Some women bleed, many do not. Again, not aware of any men bleeding during first time sex - if a man ever bleeds during or after sex, it's something that should be checked out.

How do you know when you've lost your virginity? Well, it all depends on how you define virginity. Some people consider having oral, digital or anal sex to be losing your virginity, others do not. I think most people generally understand losing your virginity (for heterosexuals) to mean the first time you have penis in vagina sex. As it's a bit subjective, it's kind of up to you to decide when you think you've lost your virginity, but generally once you've had a penis in your vagina or put your penis in a vagina you are no longer considered a virgin.

Hi
Yes it does hurt and its not THAT enjoyable the 1st or 2nd or 3rd time also it can be an anti -climax most times , and you know you've lost your virginity as soon as you have had full sex ( penetration) also most girls DO bleed when the skin called the hymen breaks ( once this is broken you are not classed as a virgin ) during sexual penetration,
My advice is stay a virgin until you know that the person you are going to have sex with is the one you truly love also when it feels right for you as well as him , DO NOT be pushed into it by YOU WOULD IF YOU LOVED ME ?
If that happens say goodbye as he/she is selfish and only thinking of what they want , that is NOT love .
I hope this has helped .

Yes it does hurt the first time. Bleeding is as a result of the slight tearing of the hymen. If u will take a candid advice, it is better to keep your virginity as it is more dignifying when your life partner is the one to share that once in a lifetime experience. The longer the suspense about the first time, the more you'd value the experience in future. So keep your virginity for as long as you can, and you will be proud you did.

it usually does hurt the first time, it does not always make you bleed, and after sexual intercourse you are no longer a virgin.
