I believe they believe ALL life is sacred as do the majority of us.

According to Judaism, there is no such things as "rights" so your question doesn't make sense in that light.
Rather, there are only obligations.
If the fetus threatens the life of the mother, it can be aborted. Other than that, the mother is not allowed to abort the fetus.
