Jealousy because this emotion grabs hold of people, and make them do things out of character, and unecessary, anger also makes you act out of charecter but you can walk away to calm down, and it's for that split second, you can only be angry for so long, but jealousy eats away at the soul, makes you become bitter, and twisted, and long/want something you cant have, or become obbsessed about someone, or something...not good at all.

both have equal causes....and the outcome is usually the same....emotional pain is created by the human who wants to have and hold the anger and jealousy.. You are in control of your own emotions!

Both are equally caustic. It depends on how long you let either emotion fester. We all get a little angry and a little jealous sometimes, but those of us who recognize that these emotions are normal and learn to let them go seem to suffer less. If you harbor feelings of anger and jealousy for too long it can cause a stunt in your emotional growth. Let it go.

Jealousy ----- because there is that wonder what if or why it is happening, and usually you are jealous because something or someone that you love is involved.
Anger ----- your stress is at play. It is easy to be angry at someone or something. Usually your heart is not involved with anger. Like with jealousy.

they both cause pain, sadness and a feeling of lost..they are both an idea of attack..whenever you get anger, you not only want to attack others, but you are attacking yourself as well, because it causes a feeling of despair and guilt..jealousy is just another form that attack takes..in this world we are all taught that whatever others have that we think we don't have, we want..it is just a circle of the hate-love game the world plays..don't fall for it..forgive and calm down, let it go..and peace enters..

jealousy-because you don't have control of whats causing you to be jealous-which is such a wasteful emotion that will get you no where.
