I stayed in one for a couple of weeks when I arrived in London. It was a 6 bed room with an en suite bedroom and in a good area. I paid £98pw. I felt comfortable in it and was never crowded. The people who came in and out of there were really decent people.

hostels are fun... its basically how u take them to b...
its like living with a whole big family... u know everyone living around u-some closely, others jus formal acquaintances..

In this country they're sometimes not so good. In my experience New Zealand has much better ones, i guess cos they get so many young budget backpackers.
