It was "The French Mistake" musical number. The director was Dom Deluise. My brother still quotes from that movie.

There were only a few tracks in the movie..
Blazing Saddles, Title track
I'm Tired, sung by Madeline Kahn
The French Mistake,
The Ballad of Rock Ridge,
April in Paris

so it has to be one of them, I haven't seen the movie in ages so this is all I can help with.
