they told me unless my mum writes a letter that she throw me out I cant say I m homeless , then what do I say should I say to them that its so bad I live they any more

Nikki got it wrong.
If you are in a violent situation and walk away you are unintentionally homeless and although you are most likely to be offered a place in a refuge at first, you will go on the housing register with a high priority rating.

they dont need to no everything, just say that your homeless and am staying on a friends sofa for now, but you can only stay a few nights because they have no room for you and they are pushing for you to leave now... go and see them every day, be VERY persuasive and they will get fed up of you and find you somewhere.... gd luck x

Have you seriously been thrown out of your house or are you trying to queue jump the council housing list?!
Go and rent somewhere like anyone else!

don't tell them anything about your mom, just say your homeless period, they don't need to know the whole story and if they say they do than lie if you really want out of there
