I am not sure where in the world you are located, so it's hard to know exactly how to answer this question.

If you are in the US, one place to start is Union Machinery (www.unionmachinery.com). They are a used equipment broker and sell all sorts of machinery for chocolate and nut candy manufacturing. What they have is constantly changing so they might not have anything in stock right now but they can keep their eyes open.

If you want new equipment, try Hacos (www.hacos.com), a Belgian manufacturing company with distributors around the world. Their MDS line of depositors handles inclusions (those nuts and raisins you mention) and might be suitable for your needs.

There's a company in New Zealand (believe it or not) called PTL (Production Techniques Limited) that also makes a mold depositor that handles inclusions. The world inclusions is the key here.
