First thing to be seen is are you financially independent. Marrying a cousin generally has no problems biologically or genetically. Willingness of both parents will help you resolve the problem. Talk to them in a calm, composed and firm manner. They might go into fits initially. Give them time to resolve their inner soul fights. You will come to a winning and happy solution.

You are young, yet believe in marriage and WANT to make the right choice.
I am proud of you for this, but it may be complicated. IF you are American,
you must comply with a state law; even more important, you must BOTH make a decision which you can feel GOOD about. You must consider family feelings and traditions -- you need to consult with some to make absolutely sure of your EXACT BLOOD KINSHIP(s). You also may need to ask a qualified doctor to explain the genetic dangers and risks, if any. True love
also means having a WILLINGNESS TO SACRIFICE for the best for those we love -- including children to receive healthy bodies in their mother's womb.
If you will truly humble yourself in prayer to God and discuss your final decision with Him, asking to know for a certainty IF your choice is right and
asking with real intent and Faith [NOTHING WAVERING], then He has given
a special promise to those who pray in a certain name and SEEK WISDOM from Him.
