Does the new air port have a user friendly left luggage facility?

I want to leave 1 suitcase and go into city during 5 hour stopover.

So far, nothing is working properly or is user friendly at the new airport.
People who work in the airport seem to be the least informed about any of their services...

Greatest airport in the world. Why only stay 5 hours? Five days or weeks is not enouth time to do Bangkok justice. Great couontry, gbreat people....
