Sweetie there is no quick and painless solution. I really feel your pain. My boyfriend and I of over two years are having issues... And it's killing me inside. I hurt very badly.

I can't sleep at night thinking about him with another man (yes, this is a gay relationship and I'm a guy), I get sick to my stomach when I think about him having fun and laughing, learning to grow attatched to, and learn to love someone that's not me. Me - - someone that he used to love more than anything in the world and promised he would forever.

I get so frustrated. I don't know what to do...

But that's life. It's painful. It happens to everyone. Do things to keep your mind off of it. Go out with your friends. Go shopping. Spend more time on your hobbies.

This may make you a better person in the end. Best wishes to you.

-Travis

Hey there,
I Once felt your pain. I broke up with my ex because he was really awful to me. It was an 8 month relationship (Yes, I know it dosnt seem like long, but hey, I'm 14!) anyway, My advice is to Talk to your friends or someone else you trust. Get it all out, Cry if you need to! And try and distance yourself from him, Coz seeing him will just hurt more. So distance away from him is good! Also...Chocolate is good! Lotsa chocolate :D Good luck and I'm sorry your going through this

I wish I could come up with that answer myself sweetie..quick and painless because I'm going through it right now as well.....but unfortunately in my experience that's impossible....what you can do is realize that in time you will heal...time heals all wounds. For right now though you need to concentrate on just you and nobody else. Surround yourself with your friends and family, join a book club, get a dairy to write your thoughts and feelings in, a pet, even a big teddy bear to hold, anything to get your mind off your pain.....and its okay to hurt and to acknowledge your pain, but wallowing in it, talking to him, seeing him and her together will only add to your grief right now trust me. Remember you were an individual before you met him and you had a life....now its time for you to find yourself and I promise you'll love again someday.

The one who loves the other truly suffers the most. In your case you are the one. Time is a great healer & you'll laugh at your feelings a few months / years later for sure. Don't think about it & keep yourself engaged which is the most important thing to do now.

Easy!! You still want to continue the relationship with him right? Ask him to choose either you or that girl. If he tells you that he can't just because he love both of you. If he doesn' t want to choose, then tell him that you have the right to love another guy also which means that you can love him and another guy at the same time. Therefore, ask him to choose. If he doesn't, then you know what you should do.

Try to involve yourself with your friends even more, keep yourself busy and try your hardest not to think of him. Flirt! By all means start flirting, It will help you find somebody to set your mind on different matters. Don't give up the fight.

We all need to love and to be loved.

Most of our issues could be solved fairly easily, if we have our loved one supporting us.
If you are hurt by a former ex, well you just need to get yourself up and start searching for someone who deserves your love.
Don't ever be shy .. that won't ever help you .. and you'll have lots to lose. Do what your heart tells you it's right.

If one doctor cannot treat you properly, change the doctor.
If one medicine cannot take off your pain, change the medicine.
