Am a girl and i know how we can be ,it's very difficult to actually catch a woman it's only if she wants to be caught,am not saying it's immpossible.Well look you love her and know her bestthe only or the best is your feelings you will already know if she cheating trust me it does not take catching her red handed coz you already asking this question that means something's changed in her, so i think the best thing is to try and deal with the problem by trying to find out why she is cheating on you and what went wronge coz, trust me there is always a reason and if there is none then sorry to say she is just a .............

I totally agree with the others. If you can't trust her... Maybe you should move on. Maybe it's your own insecurities. Maybe it's how you see the things she does, and you misinterpret them.
Talk to her. Let her know you love her and you want to be there for her. Let her know how you feel, and ask her what she feels. Don't try to be sneaky and come up with great big plans to bust her.
Trust me. I've done it before. And it hurts because while they're gone, you know what they're doing, and it makes you sick to your stomach. And then you're equally as guilty for secretly checking their e-mails or putting a keystroke logger on their computer, and spying.
Anyway, go with the flow. Just ask her how she feels about your relationship, and tell her that if she is cheating, then to break up with you right here and now, because obviously she is not happy.

do you have problem trusting people? why going steady if you think your gf is a cheater in the first place? Ok, then, well if you booked a dinner or something and then she calls you, that you can't make it coz i have friend who really needs her, especially(a guy). If its emergency like dying, accident, suicidal etc... its ok but just going to have dinner or talk or drink etc... and kind obvious she is taking you for granted. Going home late at night and telling she is with boss or coworker more often. check the cell phone, who is keep calling her. Or Just plain and simple ask her? tell her "if you cheat on me, this is over, I don't tolerate that, if you cheat once , you will do it again" That's my motto. goodluck!

Oh pleeeease... You can't know! Honestly you can't, unless the girl goes about with "S L U T" written on her forhead.
Don't go there, seriously. If you keep both eyes open you will know if something goes strange. Otherwise be yourself and treat her good. The last thing girls need is a jealous guy who interrogates a lot...

Don't waste your time on this. If people cheat, so be it. You will drive yourself crazy thinking about this. Instead just focus on your relationship with this person and make sure it is fulfilling. If it isn't, then end it. Sometimes people will cheat: that's life. If you really love somebody and you want to go the distance, you will accept the occassional dalliance.

umm.. I've just been through this and it does bothered me majorly. but now I see. I'm with my gf for a couple months now and I always have some trusty issues with her, cos her fone rings non stop. and she answers her fone infront of me. I decided to just trust her. and show her a good time. nothing else. no questioning, she's with you for a reason. she likes to be with you. if you show her that she can be happier with you, she will stay with you. asking question will only annoy them.
