You should travel Santiago-Buenos aires by land. the crossing of the Andes mountains is unbelievable, and you can stop in Mendoza, a beautiful charming city.

and fly on the Buenos aires-Rio de Janeiro, is way too long to do it by land and the view is always the same. I'll get bored after a day!

i'm 20, and that i would be traveling on my own to Japan this summer season to boot! i could genuinely advise which you commence financing each little thing now. because of fact I initially envisioned my trip to be £a million,800 notwithstanding it ended as much as be £3 hundred greater. additionally be certain you have commute and scientific wellness coverage, even however Japan is a secure and sparkling us of a. that is given which you would be traveling very far, and your physique would be weaker than it quite is at domicile. because of tiredness, insomnia, jet lag, homesickness, and so on. Leaving it in threat of falling sick. So quite advise removing those coverage. finally, different than for having relaxing and all that jazz... be certain you pass away some money for emergency. do no longer touch this money on the same time as on trip. it quite is for stuff like, while you're stranded, and so on.

Well I think a year long trip is in order! I have been to South America a few times with both boys and girls. If you are by yourself it can get annoying with your luggage and where to put it so you feel safe as no one can look after it for you.Be careful in Rio, I had no probs but the day before we arrived and the day after we left there were buses exploding from drug gangs.Overland in Europe will be great to see as will South America, Just save up for Europe and in South America ask if they have hot water all the time instead of just at 3am in the morning!
Good luck
