You can try product keys in xp til H freezes over and it aint gonna work! You can use your original product key twice and then it is inactive! When this happens, you need to contact microsoft with a proof of purchase for a new key! If you have this info, they will give you a new key at no charge.

If you are able to get on the web, go to www. belarcadvisor.com..... over to the left, click on their free advisor. Download the small program and run the report. It will give you all the licenses and product keys you are using. Keep this report handy for future reference. If that doesn't work, you must call Microsoft's toll free number and get a new one.

We can not give you a product key - first it is illegal - secondly each version of XP has its own induvidual key code.
You need to either ring the Xp phoneline - or go online to register.
Explain that a product key they gave you is incorrect and ask for a new one.

Download the XP Key Utility. It is very small, but very big when it comes to finding your key.
