I know we are all different and like different types of people. I just want a cross section of opinions.
If there are any bigger women out there who think men just want thin women then maybe some of the responses will help.

I mean curvy, real women who are proud of their size.

I am 5"9, size 20/22 and around 17 stone.

I went out with a few blokes who went for my personality more than how I looked (you know when people like you for who you are rather than what you look like), but then one night I went to the pub and met alex through a few friends, I instantly fell for him and just told myself to not be so stupid - he's a skinny guy with a cracking personality and shockingly sexy smile. But after our 3rd date he told me he had instantly fallen for me - without us even haven spoken a word to each other.

So it goes to prove - it doesn't matter what you look like - the chemistry just has to be right between the two of you.

PS - his ex g/f was a skinny bird and i heard him brag to his mate about how much better I was in the sack (my big head is getting bigger here)...but I think thats cos I am more confident in myself.

H'okay.

Woman and sizes.

Here we go.

I'm not a thin thin woman, but my boyfriend constantly tells me that he loves me and that my size isn't a problem.

Big women can be loved. Look at Dawn French!

Big women does not mean ugly.

The sorry fact is that some men won't approach you to begin with, and for some of us, we need to make friendships before we have love. Some men (not all!) need to get to know us before they can fall in love.

But this is the whole 'personality for looks' thing.

Have you ever had a really pretty friend? And she's a complete and total cow. And you look at her and think 'actually... she's not that pretty'?

Same with men.

It's always good for people to be healthy and to get exercise and to eat well. But that doesn't mean everyone will be Paris Hilton. And that is the best thing.

General opinion, I've found, is most men like women with a bit of fat on them. They want something to feel and something to hold (and keep them warm).

Some men don't, and that's fine, there's enough thin girls to please them.

Never ever ever ever do something entirely to please someone else. If (And you may not be), you're worrying about how you look and thinking men don't want me, then it's because you haven't found someone to love you like that.

Anyway, off the point and back on to it.

Different men like different women.

Some like meat, some like none.

Same with women. Some like meat, some like none.

The key to everything: Be happee with you!

(To end on a cheesy line :D)

Men like big boobs, big butts, big legs and big hips, and a soft, "feminine" figure, being a little on the larger side never bothers them until you get REALLY big as in 590lbs and bed-bound unless they're that into BBW's and a lot of men are. The problem being that women and men are nurtured to have different views of attractiveness along with their already prudent sexualities; so whatever a man thinks looks hot a woman thinks it looks horrible at worst and vice versa, so "normal" considered by men is just a little larger than what women call "normal" they just want someone with junk in places whereas women want crystal-cut defined things. Even my brother who's one of those "alpha-male" types who you'd expect to go 'eeeurrgggh!!' upon seeing a big woman because he has in front of others before to look cool, even he gets his rocks off to larger ladies, that's another factor too: Peer Pressure, but that's another story. Basically; they want cushion to snuggle up to and hold.

I have a had few big boned women. One was kind of fat, and another was just voluptious in the classic sense. Both were great! Really lots to get into and it turned me on to no end. Nothing like being able to get your arms around a fully curvy woman.

Personally I don't like large women. And I don't mean length because that's something I do like. Just that overweight is an issue almost everone should be able to handle. And for me, someone being overweight just tells about a certain characteristic in that person which I don't like. Laziness / low self-control for example. Plus if I'd get into a relationship with a person like that, and she'd lose weight in that relationship, she might change to a totally different person. "hey now I can sleep with any guy I want to, woohoo".

It all depends on our individual feelings, some men like beauty no matter the size while others prefer the size inrespective of the outlook.

I for one don't like thin (model like) women, I prefer the women with meat... more cushion for a good pushin... or better still, there's no heat without meat... I like BBW... anyone going?
