For those who don't know, cirque de soleil is a circus without animals, more theatre than circus. Google cirque de soleil for their website to get an idea.

i think that it could be a interesting and full fillling experience for your child but, I don't think that at 4 years old that they would be able to appreciate it. I would say not now but, maybe at 5 or 6 then they will be able to grasp the concept and maybe appreciate it more.

You can't. They have an age limit of 5 and up. Besides, I think it may be a bit scary for a 4 year old. I've been to 2 Cirque de Soleil shows and they are amazing!!! There nothing wrong with taking a child to Las Vegas! It's not all about gambling and strippers anymore. It is much more family friendly these days. Have fun!

No. I took my 3 1/2 year old to a similar kind of event, put on by a local group of training performers, so it was much cheaper than Cirque. She couldn't deal with the 3 hours in her seat and we had to leave. At least I only paid $20 for the tickets, and not $70!

Please be considerate of those around you who have also paid dearly for tickets to enjoy the show. Don't bring your 4-year-old, but enjoy the show yourself!

Isn't that the circus with sexual/adult content? I think that is totally inappropriate. And as others already mentioned, do you think the adults next to you want to be bothered by a 4 year old at an adult show? I actually thought these types of shows were 18 plus only anyway?

absolutely not.

People don't pay a hundred bucks a ticket so they can listen to you pointing out stuff to your kid, who will be either bored to death after 15 minutes or scared to death from the special effects.
cirque de soleil is for adults.

and if you are in Las Vegas, kids have no business being there at all, period.
