Can a hep B carrier emigrate/work in the usa?

Many immigrants, especially Asians, live and work here in the US. I'm not sure if the govt knows their diagnosis, but many Asians are exposed to Hep B. I volunteer in a clinic, and see many people who have the disease.

Nope How ever you should have no problem working in Mexico.
