Golden Marzipan
1 cup confectioner's sugar
2 cups ground almonds
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1/8 tsp. salt
3 drops almond extract
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and knead until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let stand for 24 hours before shaping.
