If a boy is too shy, he got no chance. whatsoever. its so off putting. But if he is shy but it aint effecting the way he talks and produces himself then thats sweet. He cannot be arrogant, take the hint if a hints been given, dont go on like you know it all and get all nasty if rejected, thats pointless. Just play it cool, dont over do it, dont under do it. it really does depend on the type of girl you are looking for. everygirl is different. but goodluck.

Hm.
Girls like different things.
Some of my friends like full on attention, kissing soon as, personality confident and full on. Take control.
When I met my boyfriend I knew him originally, so I approached him. He wouldn't approach me, he was very shy at that point.
I used to like guys who didn't rush to annoy me. I'm quite a confident person, and someone else taking control can be very tempting, but if I'm out, I'm always in control.
If a guy wants to approach a girl, say hi. Chatting is key! If they can't hold a conversation then maybe... call it quits? Of course, it really depends on the environment.
So, if it's hard to chat, suggesting a dance or drink is good.
When he's talking to her, men who go on and on about themselves are offputting. Girls want attention. Same with men, needs to be a balance.
A man needs to be charming and funny, hold himself well, and look like he's enjoying yourself. Confidence is a very good thing.
But there's a fine line between charming and appearing as someone who does this everyweek.
Remember your body language and hers. If she's acting like she wants it, she might not.
Basically, give a girl something to go home that night with your number and think 'Gosh, he was really nice...'

I personally like someone who is genuily nice not one of the lads or a player type but someone who seems kind caring and considerate but with whom you can have a laugh with getting me to laugh in our first conversation is always a good thing plus taking an interest in me not just my boobs, bum or legs. A general interest not a cheesy chat up line though.

i like guys who talk n act gently,especially when approaching girls,cz it will make a good impression on them and they should also be sincere and show the girl they have good intentions,guys who compliment u in a nice way,thats without them just being playful n aggressive.ones u can have a good conversation with, and learn something from.then with that the rest is up to you.hope that helps u,even in a little way,have a nice day:)

We all need to love and to be loved.
Most of our issues could be solved fairly easily, if we have our loved one supporting us.
If you are hurt by a former ex, well you just need to get yourself up and start searching for someone who deserves your love.
Don't ever be shy .. that won't ever help you .. and you'll have lots to lose. Do what your heart tells you it's right.

I go for Men who are confident but not cocky... secure in their personality and who can be whitty and give as good as he gets....
Being polite and looking into our eyes (NOT OUR BREASTS) when you talk to us scores huge points...
