I was watchinf PBS and I saw the FBI office where agents try to intercept terrorist messages. Is there a book or web site that discusses all of the technology they use to monitor the world? From the looks of it they are good at what they do.

I don't think that they want this sensitive info to be public knowledge. It is like revealing your battle plans to the enemy.
