Although there are exercises you can do to help improve the underlying muscle supports of the breasts, there is nothing that you can do to change the breasts themselves. The changes you mention are the result of the hormonal influences of pregnancy, and there is no going back, I'm afraid. It has nothing to do with breastfeeding- and will not be changed by choosing to breast or bottle feed in future. The only thing you can do is make sure you have a properly fitting bra and wear it. During pregnancy and nursing this is very crucial, so that the supporting muscles and tendons which do support the breasts do not get stretched out trying to support the larger breast size. While you are nursing, you should probably wear your nursing bra all the time, except when bathing, of course- or changing clothing.
Pregnancy changes the body, all over- but some of the changes are permanent. The changes you notice in your breasts are permanent. You can exercise to help, but the best thing you can do is be fitted correctly for a good quality bra, and wear it.

I know that push ups help build your chest muscles. If you can not do push ups. You can use weights and bring them in and out as if you was doing push ups. My best friend uses empty gal . milk jugs and feels hers with rice. And more you work out the more you feel it up. Hope this works for you.
Hope this helps you some.
