Iron pills and vitamin C. (vitamin C helps your body absorb the iron better.) Also, a healthy diet with plenty of green leafy vegetables and protein. Talk to your doctor about iron supplements, they may have some suggestions about dosage and types etc.

Bad luck! Anaemia is a lack of iron, so iron tablets are the answer; as well as eating a lot of spinach (particularly strong in iron, ask Popeye!) and Vitamin C supplements.

Get your doctor to prescribe iron tablets. Also dates are very good for curing anemia and for putting on weight.

Eat a diet rich in iron. Have plenty of spinich, banana,pomegranate, apple . U can also start with iron capsule called feffol, but consult a doctor.

you need to take a proper diet in order to have a healthy weight and get rid of anemia.
anemia can be taken care of by having lots of green leafy vegetables like spinach, mustard leaves etc also beetroot and whole pulses. or else u can take regular iron supplements too.

1- u can take a ayuervedic medicine known as Lohasav 2-2 tsfs thrice a day before meals
2-with that eat beetroots, peanuts, spinach soup more
3-use milk more in your diet

Take iron pills, eat red meat and spinach (without ecoli) also I was told to eat raw gelatin ,I guess it has iron in it.
