There is no confirmed knowledge of current extraterrestrial life. There is some evidence that other planets/moons could support life, for example Mars (you have heard of the fossil bacteria they think they found, right?) and one of Jupiter's moons whose name I can never remember. Solid knowledge or evidence has yet to be found.
So the answer is no. Mr. Spock ain't payin' us a visit anytime soon.
