Sometimes, when you're still young, trimming your hair can help growing faster but if your old as 40 plus, it is impossible.

If your hair is prone to breakage then yes... trimming it will keep the ends healthier and prevent them from breakage. Seriously though hair length is genetic... some people will never get the length they wish without extensions. Hair grows about a quarter to 1/2 inch a month... the healthier the ends...the thicker it will seem. I know it seems counterproductive to trim hair often but think of it like a work in progress.... the more attention you give, the better it will be.

Trimming your hair will prevent split ends and in turn make your hair healthier, it will not make your hair grow faster.

well, with me...
my hair NEVER grew.. cuz i had terrible split ends, so when -I- cut my ends, my ends didnt split in two, divide, then get brushed and combed and break off.
yes my hair is growing, i have to touch up my color all the time, but it doesnt get longer cuz my ends split up, then break off..
thus leaving me with the same length hair. so i say trim! trim away my friend!

Yes it helps to grow but to limit only not too much
When it reduces spilt ends it will help you grow your hair.
And instead of this make sure you apply oil in required amount & condition your hair at regular time.
Drinks lot of fresh fruit juices

trimming just dont do anything more than to giv you a presonality..
Growth mainly depends on what you eat..
Best would be the green leafy vegis...Spinach..
and vitamins (E,A,C)
Who said to you trimming your hairs will make them grow faster ...
think the barber will only say that ...!
