Hey Man it is sooo simple Just Be Honest don't push your self to speak romantically & don't concentrate about it when you are with her. Just Live into her , Be her as if you can feel what she does when she is happy you are happy she is sad you are too just bcose she is sad/happy got what I mean Live Her Feelings.
when you do this, words will come out smoothly & specially when you speak from your heart NOT YOUR MIND or ACT
Don't make plan for the words just prepare the set cause everything have an On/Off button ex: at night take her to a place where you see the moon reflecting on the water (sea water) & when you want to talk with her & you want her to feel what you want to say just HUG her ( smoothly ) & keep her between your arms & speak with a low voice near to her ear (BUT NOT TOO Close) & say something first make her think of something away from what you are going to say ex: say Oh MY God (as if there is something wrong) she is gonna say what??? & then say in low voice & smoothly, well I never thought that holding you & keeping you between my arms would Be such Beautiful although I always dream about it . Do Not do it all the time just from time to time do this but this you can use it as a key to say what your feelings for her
I believe if you did like this ex.. you won't speak too much cause after this she might start kissing you hehe

Don't do it if it's not coming from your own brain and heart. Just speak .... and don't be shy to talk about your true feelings- if they truly exist.

you should spell each word by thinking it 100 times. and then speak frankly, because girls also haves heart , they feels shy.

just talk to her to start with --- find out if there is romance there --- or the possibilty of romance
then the romantic talk will just come naturally
