Firstly, rule out that he is not on drugs or is alcoholic cuz you cant fix him! If he's neither of those then just ask him sincerely what can you
and he both do to make him feel more secure in the relationship because the jealousy and possessiveness is causing you stress and concern. Start by asking him dear.

I advise against manipulating.... you probably want him to overcome his shortcomings, right? Manipulating sounds you want him to change without finding out if he wants to change.

It is very difficult to change a jealous insecure person. If you think he doesn't have grounds for this, you should talk to him and explain how you feel about him and about the way he acts. But, like I said, it will be very difficult to help him change. He won't admit to it if you point it out. You'll have to have a lot of patience with him. If he is not your husband of many years - I'd say, don't waste your time on him.

Don't waste ur time manipulating or handling a guy like that. Those guys turn into the men who beat their wifes and are so controlling it'll drive u mad! Besides think about it like this... if u marry him and have kids one day, would u like him to be an example for ur little girl on what kind of guy she should look for?? I DIDN'T THINK SO

You don't, either he changes or move on. A jealous, possessive, insecure guy is totally bad news.

Get him really drunk, so his dick doesn't work. Keep reminding him of that. Pretty soon it will never work. (He gets hard, you keep asking him "can you promise me you will keep it up?")
Eventually he will come to believe it is right for you to date other guys, that he is completely worthless outside of taking you shopping, that you are being kind for even keeping him around for the little things you can do. Keeps the rest of us safe from a worthless "man" like that too.

Why don't you manipulate and handle his nether regions more? Then maybe he won't be that way.
