You really need some time to yourself. As a woman whose husband left her with two babies to raise, I know that I had to force myself to have somebody come to my home for an hour just to give me free time. If you can get free time, do it. Probably the greatest thing would be a support group for mommy's with pre-school children. Bellieve it or not, most parents have the same problems. Start a group if there is not one in your town. Talk to others, doctors, and whoever.

Teething tablets! My son likes to chew on a wash cloth too. Anything to get their mind off of the teeth ripping through their little gums.

There is a Homoeopathic medicine called Dentonic which can be given to them. It will ease their pain and ensure safe and stool free teething.
I have used it with my children and grandchildren and can vouch for its efficacy.
