So I guess my question is what should I do about, should I still keep talking to him, should I even care?..... He is a really nice guy and all but I just don't know what to do or even react to this..... I don't even know if ti will be worth making him jelaous or making him be with me.... I am clueless please help.........

He just got out of a marriage he is looking for a rebound. Nothing serious just someone to fill in the void. Whether he knows it or not.

You should really be thinking that dating a guy from work isn't a good idea. Being friends is great but you really don't want to open up a can of worms by dating a co-worker.

Move on! If he just got divorced you think he wants to get serious again? Heck no, guys like that want to have "fun" with girls! So my advice is to ignore him outside work and look for other guys that will take you seriously! Good Luck!

It sounds like your mad at him now. Just because he asked if you were mad? And why the hell would you want to make him jealous? how can that help anything? Women are always playing with a mans head.

you can still keep talking to him. but maybe seem him as a friend more than a romantic partner. if he says he's not ready for a relationship, then it doesn't matter how much he likes you.
