you can't describe a decent man. Every man comes with different traits, that attracts a woman/man for some it's power, others it's charm and sex appeal. For most it's purely physical, and everyone comes with a different answer. The only question is he the one for me? And when you know, that isn't even a question.

I am a man and I can speak for us. There are very few decent man out there. Honesty is very important. From my past relationship, keep your man on short leash, but give him enough slack to be happy. Man needs space otherwise he will seek the space else where. Honesty, Trust and the will to provide and treat you like a princess is a decent man.

A decent guy is someone who is honest, trustworthy and will treat (not only a girlfriend, friend or relative) people really well. He doesn't lose his temper to the point of smashing stuff or any type of abuse but he does know when to stand up for himself and for loved ones. A decent guy doesn't have to be a namby-pamby or to look a certain way. My boyfriend is multi-pierced, tattoed and has edgy hair but its who a person is inside that counts.
