Do crunches.
If you want to get your stomach in shape then only stomach exercises will not do it for you. You need a good overall body workout.This is because our stomach is like a storehouse of unutilised fat in our body. So if you want to get your stomach in shape, you need to get down the overall body fat in your body.
Weight training is a very effective way to lose fats quickly. May be you should join a gym.
Running is also very effective in burning fats in our body, but that is only if you have a good stamina for running.
Last but not the least, you need to be very very patient,because sometimes it takes more time to lose weight than what we expect. Stick to your plan for at least a couple of months to see good results. Have a low calorie diet with fruits and vegetables and cut the fatty foods. This is necessary because diet plays a very important role in determining how quickly you lose weight.

Yoga and Pilates work but I went for bellydancing instead, its more fun, it worked great, gave me a good posture and teaches you a lot of sexy dance moves too. (Y'know, make like Shakira and Beyonce all rolled into one!) I think you should go on a diet first, then start some cardio and some ab crunches and all that stuff. Burn the fat then tone it, define it and its good.

Look up 6 Second Abs, and buy their product. Stick with that diet and exercise program, and you'll drop a dress/pant size in a week.

do 25 ab crunches in the morning and 25 before you sleep. stay away from oily foods such as pizza, chips and also stay away from bloating foods like pasta and white bread.
just give yourself a simple diet and exercise plan concentrating mostly on your stomach.

Reduce the fat by YOGA,there is a AASAN in yoga called KAPALBHATI,its very effective ,try this aasan for a week you will see the difference.For yaga, join some good classes.

U need to do crunches . Join kick boxing classes. The fastest way to loose all that extra fat.

its very easy exercise n it really works....u can do it no matter what r u doing....watching tv....reading,,,studying
take Ur breath inside n count from 1 to 10.....then release.....do it how many times u can do.....it has megical effect....give a flat Stomach n maintain Body
