Consider becoming a teacher. To teach both English & Math, become an elementary school teacher.

As far as the finances, do your first 2 years at a community college--but coordinate it with the 4 year college you will transfer to so you don't waste time taking classes they won't accept.

If you have no financial resources (no financial aid either), consider getting a full time job at a college/university where you want to take classes. Most let you go to school for free--often up to 8 credits a semester. You can also attend in the summer & although it will take a little longer to finish you will have no debt.

Try to ask for scholarship grant. Usually there's an examination you've got to pass and then some requirements. There are a lot of courses that suits you if you are good in english and math. Try Information Technology or Computer Science courses.

Consider a community college and enroll in English and Mathematics. Take your time in typing questions because it shows impatience and do not spell correctly.
