Are you elegible to get accepted, competing with high school students a problem??i'm lost and wondering if i should give up on the dream of going to University in america.Anybody have suggestions..or information on alternative education and steps..I'm in this rut, falling into lost hopes, wondering if there are other adults schools with as many oppurtunities..Can adults pick up the pieces or is high school your only chance to shine..these questions are going through my head lately, I am searching for somebody to please help me to my problems...You would be a great help if you could give me plans and ideas..make my life alot easier so PEOPLE turn your light bulbs on and be graceous.

you can go to college without having your high school diploma. My cousin is in her 2nd year in college and didnt graduate from high school. wut state are you from?

I would say get your GED but that's an American program. I don't know what your countries equivalent is but look into. HOWEVER, make sure that it's something that American Universities will accept as a GED equivalent. Or you could come to America, take the GED and then enroll. I don't know how extensive your education is but if you were a decent student and learned the basics (didn't drop out before....let's say grade 10), you shouldn't have much of a problem with the GED test.

You can get your GED. Schools also look at your SAT scores. Study for the test and get a good score.

Get your GED at a school for adults (high school).... if you are a resident of the US of A.

It really depends on what you want to study and on the univeristy. They all have their own entrance criteria.

I don't know where you live so cannot suggest any university names or their websites in your area.
