If that were true, and it's certainly not!
Why are most all universities and colleges in the the West started by Christians?
Christians are among the most educated and well read people on many subjects, not merely religion.
It's atheism and it's complete certainty that no where in the vast universe could there be God or anything beyond their limited senses that is the "abnegation of intelligence, if not absolute abiosis". Which, by the way, is misspelled.

Christians don't bother me as long as they do not push their principles on me. Why don't you do something productive like fundraising for the Sierra Club, PETA or Greenpeace? Or maybe make a donation to NOW or Planned Parenthood?
