Not sure about suggestions on how not too worry about something like your health. Maybe just try to focus on the things you enjoy.

You sound EXACTLY like me. I just went thru something myself (medically and I'm okay now........ i hope). Everyday i worry something is wrong with me or soon will be. I can't stand it and it drives me crazy. I did have to seek help with a psychiatrist and i feel better than i did but the worry is still there and i don't know if it will ever go away. My counselor did tell me that worrying about stuff isn't going to change anything but it will ruin today's happiness. I feel guilty worrying about my health when there are so many people that are in the hospital right now that won't take another breath. I pray about it and i ask GOD to take the worry from me. Good luck to you. Talking about it lessons its power so your on the right path.

go see The movie the 5th element. your the girl in the movie, when they produce her in the cloning parts of a fragmented remains of a super species, so what my point, your perfect as the girl spring out of the life transmitter, so there nothing wrong, I'm sure that you shouldn't calm down til you come to what is driving you there is more in you to this and you'll discover what it is , your mind is a challenge just like they all are, each of us cycle in all events, once something is learn it can't be unlearned (your bad experience) here may be complex opportunity to assemble many of the thing that could be what your looking for in a hyper-life, we type A's are about three hundred light years away from see like on earth we just see capital that failed to move anything to the next level after 911, your fright could be as easy to have started as watch TV, it doesn't matter if you have these it's that you have to embrace all that you are and these are actually human energy super waves there driven, we have not given you all the credit you deserve for opening what is more of the education that school never will open because it raises more questions that it answers, and that another story so your just headed in to Good time and lots of energy to do something and embrace the buzz and it will led you on

I was in your situation some time back. The best method will be to start mastubating regularly. Maybe 8 times aday would be good as it will relaxes you to a maximum. If you get more paranoid just jerk off more.

Sounds like you are having panic attacks and other symptoms of anxiety. I recommend that you see a psychiatrist, psychologist or other mental health professional. They can give you a treatment including medication and/or therapy that will help you.

Valerian root is a herbal. One of it's effects is to feed the nerve endings in your body and this will help in calming you down.

Try to keep yourself occupied most of the time so you can not dwell and have these panic style attacks. Take deep breaths and think 'calm blue ocean' and picture it.... it works...

One could write a book in answer to your question.

Try to focus outwards, instead of inwards. Walk, talk. Life will gradually soften the effects of your trauma(s).

You need to stop thinking about what happened, that stays behind you that's why is the PAST...we all move on and make our own future. we all learn from the past but we don't stay there
