Try craigslist.org, select your region and category(auto parts I think)-this will give you local options. Ebay Motors is a good spot to find parts sometimes too. You might have to tinker around with the search terms to bring up different listings: ("mustang bumber", 2003 mustang" Ford mustang bumber",etc.). Check your local salvage yard-they offer used but nice, inexpensive alternatives to buying directly from the dealer. Be sure to ask about coor before you have them pull it from the vehicle. Salvage yard is a decent way to go if your mustang is a popular color as they will most likely be able to match it up to your car. OK-Good Luck!

It depends whether the 2003 model is the older mark 4, or the new Mark 5 model that was launched in that year. If the 1999 and 2003 cars are both mark 4's then you should be able to do a straight swap. If the newer car is a Mark 5, they're completely different shapes.

good luck in junk yards,,,if their there its bc they bumped into something...mustangs are light, so if it "bumped" in the front, it prob spun around and bumped in the back too - go for quality repro bumper from like mustangs unlimited or something...dont go cheap or you'll deal with paint headaches in the long run - cervini's in vineland, nj is also an awesome source

To Locate the Closest Salvage Yard, and to Compare all Prices go to http://www.junkyarddog.com This is the very same "Hotline" that all Salvage Yards use to Communicate with One Another. When One Salvage Yard tells You ; "We don't have it, but We can have it by Tomorrow" This is How "They" Locate "It" and Mark Up the Price. Now, Thanks to the Internet, You can do it too, and $ave Big Time !

Try eBay or a junk yard. The places where you have to pull the part will be cheaper than the other salvage yards.

You can get it from a used auto parts dealer. I once used D & J Auto. Their number is 5138989941. Just call them and they will give a price
