After I had my babies, it was the same. I used mayonaise and eggs, whipped together. Put it on your wet hair before you wash it and let it really soak in. Be sure to wash it all out before you condition it. Avocados work well also.
And don''t brush it any more than you have to! After awhile, Nature will take care of your problem, but in the meantime, you might try this :)
You can buy placenta oil to put on your hair too. This you don't even need to rinse out and it's not at all greasy.

Cut it in layers for it to look thicker in the meantime use some pure coconut oil on your hair which has a lot Vitamin E in it.

i have that same problem and i have went to dermatologists and drs and the only thing they say is try nioxin which i wouldn't reccomend because it makes your hair worse before it makes it better. the only thing that will help a bit is try the scalp therapy and bionutrient cleanser by Nioxin. it helps so you don't loose as much hair each day. it's at the salons. its about 20. for the 2. its a shampoo and conditioner and it volumizes also. i love it

Get extensions...it is expensive but when done right it is awesome. But get a professional. It may cost anywhere between $400-$2500 depending where you go and how good they are.
