I can't guess your age, but sounds like hot flushes (flashes),
could be early menopause, or pregnancy, or your oral contraception dose may need to be changed. Do you also have sudden urges to strangle your partner for not using the drinks coaster?
In any case it sounds hormonal.
General advice only. Your doctor will advise you better than I can, obviously.

I somtimes feel like I have a fever and I just want to curl up into a cold bath. But, i thnk it is the air conditioner at work cause i walk in and out of the store alot so that could be it. Nothing to worry about unless you are really worried then you can go and see a doctor. If you don't want to take the time off from work then just call a doctor and ask.

Yeah, I agree..have your blood sugar checked.
I've discovered I can't eat sweets and some types of bread. Subway may be a great thing for many people, but their bread sets my face on fire. No red flushes..just a horrible overheating.
