If your skin is sensitive the only solution is to wash your face frequently with warm water. Make sure it is clean, oily skin will cause a lot of pimples.

Besides that, just like others advised, drink a lot of water and avoid soft drinks, alcohol, cigarettes or fried stuff.

Eat a banana every day is also good. Banana got 'fructo Oligosaccharides' helps to prevent pimples.

Let you skin relax under the sun in the early morning for 10 to 15 minutes.

Do NOT squeeze pimples, ask for help from doctors.

If there are so many small white ones near the nose,in the shower, just use warm water and a small towel to gently scrub in the area of pimples. It will help too.

Get some Benzyol peroxide 5% and apply to pimple. Drink at least 8 fluid ounces of water a day. Carrots and and veggie or fruit that has a lot of vitamin a helps skin heal faster. However it is one of the few vitamins that you can overdose on so make sure you do not eat way too much. Make sure you are not over washing your face only once or twice a day with a gentle alcohol free wash and then try applying aloe vera gel to balance the ph or use an alcohol free toner to balance the skins ph.Touch your face as little as possible as hands have a lot of bacteria on them. Try using Bare minerals makeup and make sure to wash the brushes weekly so they do not build up bacteria. Apply fresh papaya to your skin as this can help to gently exfoliate since scrubbing and picking at the pimples will only irritate them. Do not use alcohol or any alcohol based product. Also you can wet a tea bag, black tea works well and hold it on your pimples for a little while. This helps take down the redness and swelling.

Simply pay no attention to carbonated drinks, sweets, spicy, salty and fatty food. Drink 10-15 glasses of water every day. Walk and hop while walking. My pimples disappeared and I already lose weight from 75 kilos to 62kilos in 3 months!!!!! Try this.

That would depend on stress levels and also hormones in your body. However, pimples on particular parts of your face might be due to physical irritation. Do you happen to put your hand over your face when thinking ? Perhaps its more of an issue of hygiene.

It could be due to hormonal changes or stress.Do you tend to touch your chin or nose alot. Do you change your blanket? Are the spot white or black color? Mask your face 2-3 times per week. If possible use gentle scrub before the mask. Avoid eye area, rinse then spread the mask to be leave on for 15 mins. Avoid eye areas as well.

Change the pillow covers, keep your hands and fingers (cut your nails) off of your face, tell your loved one to kiss you elsewhere for a few days. Let your face breath and avoid it from being clogged with saliva, oil, and lack of air circulation to your face...

I've had those probs...Try Arbonne! It is worth it. I've used Proactiv and it irritated the heck out of my face!!!
