How to make him realise that he is wrong and liar and also make him realise that by shouting, it does not prove him that he is RIGHT and all other are wrong?

Don't give in to the temptation to shout back at him. As much as possible, remain calm while he is yelling, then calmly tell him that you disagree with what he is saying, then calmly tell him why. Attack the lies, not the liar. You will probably have to do this over and over and over before his demeanor simmers down, but by staying calm (on the outside, anyway) while he is blowing up will give you the upper hand.

I agree with Pastor Chads answer. But I'll add also that if remaining calm inside the argumentive conversation doesn't work, you can also walk away and refuse to talk to that person until he calms down and starts telling the truth. "Talk to the Hand!" ("or tell the truth, and do it kindly or there will be no talking to you"). It works for me, and remaining calm and collected all the while really does give you the upper hand. Persistence is the key.

i would rather let him "talk" and just leave him alone while he is shouting or being out of control.
at least we should let him feel easy and open to accept that something that he thinks is wrong, so give him several days and just don't push him to the corner if he is so important to you.
Or just simply let him bullsh*t, people would know him is lying~

Turn and walk away. It won't take too long before he realizes that with no one to shout at, there isn't much point. You can reason with someone like that so walk away.

Sorry no way. I have a person in my life like that too. She starts yelling and screaming louder when she is wrong. Maybe we should get yours and mine together.

I can't stand people like that. I would say about the only thing you can do to avoid confronttation is just pray for him.
