Do interval training. This is when you, say, jog for a minute then run hard for a minute. Repeat ten time (20mins) and thats enough cardio for one session.

If you did this three times a week you would stay/get fit. You can adapt intervals to any workout ie. bike, stairmaster, swimming...

Just remember to push yourself enough on the 'minute on' part so that by the end, you simply couldnt do another step.

Works for me - although im already at a good level of fitness, ive just had a baby so my time in the gym is limited now and interval training means i can still get as much benefit, in a shorted space of time.

Hopefully you give it a go, then you will see it works.

I ran for 15min 3 times a week, 40 push u-ps and 70 sit ups and did pretty good. As you get better you end up doing more but I was done in about 45 min.

Good luck.

if use use a car then try walking instead ... or even using public transport so there is a little bit of walking involved ... and a healthy diet is really important too but don't give up all the stuff you love eating, just eat less of it or in smaller portions.

Or take up a sport ... get fit and have fun!

Simply pay no attention to carbonated drinks, sweets, spicy, salty and fatty food. Drink 10-15 glasses of water every day. Walk and hop while walking. I already lose weight from 75 kilos to 62kilos in 3 months!!!!! Try this.

You means like employ someone to go jogging or swimming while you go for a pizza and some more soda ? No - that really will not work at all.

Walk whenever possible. Take the stairs rather than the lift.

Walk, go outside and take care of your lawn and yardwork. Raking takes lots of calories to do!
