This is like a game.You pay in month for $9.90.So after that you pick 6 number to win.like 1million dollar.but i think i just pick the number and fiil the form when i want sign up.but im not pay for this game.after a few day in i get email from them and tell me i m 2nd winner..they want i claim the prize in 30 days.just forward the email result to them.so what i have to do now.belive it or not.when i see this website..is like a true..so how...

It's a scam - just do a google search on freeloto.com and you will see loads of people complaining about them - there was another question very similar to this a short while ago, all they want is your $10 and if they get it you'll never hear from them again.
If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is
