not so much fat, but yes, high in sugar, and when you ingest alot of sugar and dont use it, it gets stored as fat

Their is no fat in juices made from fruits but contains lots of sugar which increases the calories in your body and if they are in excess than your requirement then liver stores the same as fat.

There is a little fat in carrots and a little fat in apples. Not a whole lot. People in trouble have gone on a juice fast using these things and they do not gain weight -- not unless they are emaciated and badly need to gain a bit.

Not fat, there is no fat is most fruits. But you need to really watch the sugar, sometimes it can be worse than fat!

Read the label...no fat in citrus. Sugar is a carb not a fat.
