I occasionally get these flecks and they are quite itchy. I treat them with Nizoral and they go away for 6 months or so. What are they?

Sounds like white-heads to me. Same as black-heads, but the white ones are filled with puss. Apply a hot compress on them to draw out the impurities, and follow with an antibacterial liquid.

Use plenty of hot water and soap with a flannel rub hard with it when you wash this exfoliates and cures the problem

They may be calcium spots, i get those. sound similar, but mine arent itchy
