I can't say that they are taking jobs that all americans want, but doesn't it scare or people that there is proof that they have vote in elections? Also to be honest they do work in some fields that american do too, like construction, all they do there is make it harded for a guy like me to get a construction job by taking me out at the knees, why would some foreman pay me a respectable wage when he can pay some mexican guy $4 an hour?

AMEN. The bottom line is that they came here, ignoring our laws, and nowe they turn to those same laws to protect them. And our government does just that!!!!! It's embarrassing that my country has been reduced to what it has been, the crime rate, the medical facilities in California that are shutting down because of the illegals need for free medical, the taco stands along the side of the streets blaring Mexican music, the banning of white authors from schools, it's all so frustrating.

I favor legal immigration.
That said, anyone who knowingly hires an illegal alien to save a few bucks ought to go to jail and be forced to pay quite a few bucks in fines.
Legal immigrants coming here to work should be paid the going rate--in other words--the same wage as you would get. And you should be able to compete with them for those jobs.
Any illegal alien caught voting and anyone caught helping them vote should go to jail.

You make some very good arguments. However, there are some other important jobs that exist, like jobs that require labor for agricultural purposes, that the immigrants are willing to do, that most Americans wouldn’t do.
