I"m sure I have bleeding ulcers, could this cause me to be dizzy and lightheaded? I get this way all the time, everyday.

Go to emergency room or schedule appt with your primary practitioner and get help. If you are heaily bleeding your body can't keep much healthy stuff in to keep you going. I know, I had a virus that had me bleeding for two months straight, I kid you not. Your body loses oxygen.

I know that not eating properly can cause lightheadedness. You need to have a healthy diet and eat regularly. If you do this then l would go to my Dr and ask for a full blood screen just to rule out iron etc. Also stress and anxiety can cause this to. Good Luck

absolutely, a bleeding ulcer means you are losing blood into your stomach, this can cause anemia which is a lack of oxygen in the blood, so lightheadednesand dizziness are a definite possibility

Please go to the Doctors, It sounds like you have low blood pressure and you could be Anemic. Especially when you say you have bleeding ulcers.

Either way get yourself to the doctors ASAP "PLEASE"

If you have bleeding ulcers why are you not on antibiotics to cure it?
yes, lets see, blood loss, dizziness.........yeah they go together..........but if you prefer a blood transfusion to getting them treated,,,,,,,,go for it.
