It's not legal for a "minor" to be with an adult in ANY state, because that's what the definition of a "minor" is. What you're really asking, I guess, is what is the "age of majority" in Ohio!

Parental consent is meaningless. The age of consent is stipulated in law. Mommy can't write you a note for this one. Oh and by the way;
