Your question expects a statistic, which I do not have or know, but I do believe that young adults (in the 20-30 yr. old range) that have to wear diapers have urinary problems because of weak groin or bladder muscles and the bladder is unable to stretch to retain more fluids over a period of time. To some extent, this problem could also lead to erectile dysfunction or may be a concurrent problem, but I'm assuming your speaking strictly of males only. Some men just have no control of their ejaculation which is a reflection of the strength of their groin muscles.
