im 13 and weigh 126 im like 5 3" and they say im pregnat because everyone in my school is super skinny and i have alwas been on the chuby side this is one of my bigest insucritys and i want to here it from people too i want a toned flat belly like my cousin and all my friends

You can't loose ten pounds they are not tight. If you want to lose them, that's different.

You are only 13, you are in a very important stage in your life where you are growing up and need to eat food to grow up properly. However, in order to grow up healthy without gaining more weight, you should definitely eat healthy food. Stop eating junk foods, they are bad for you no matter what age you are. Exercise! it will definitely help you have a better figure. But never stop eating to lose weight. At your age you should be eating foods that have the vitamins necessary for your growth, which is very important. Just eat healthy and exercise, that's all!

only eat if you are hungry, dont eat candy, dont drink anything with sugar or lots of caffein in it, so stick to water, basic foods like fruits, vegetables, wheat bread because it gets broken down by the body faster, and do sit-ups and push ups every morning to tone muscles, because when you tone muscles that burns body fat, which helps your overall figure. also, make sure you eat breakfast whether you are hungry or not because that starts your metabolism for the day. only eat cereal with milk for breakfast. also, know when you are full. don't eat more at meal times just because it is on your plate. when you are full, stop eating. i'm no nutritionist or anything, i just have diabetes, so i know how to lots of simple things to help lose weight

well u can do any cardio for atleast 40 mins a day,bcos fat starts to burn only after 20 mins of workout..so make sure u walk or run continous for 40 mins..u can lose around 3 pounds a week if u follow a good diet and exercise.

You know when I was 13 we got like 3 TV stations, didn't have IPODS, cell phones, or Playstations.

You know what we had? Bikes, soccer balls, and a whole town to explore.

It's no wonder noone had to worry abnout their weight back then.

child you r 13 screw what everybody thinks about you you know your not pregnant kids are going to be mean just to be mean let me let you in on a little secret don't nothing like bones but a dog if you are to skinny you will look sick if they tell you you look pregnant tell them they look like aids victims and see what they have to say about that just be yourself your beautiful
